Shipping

Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact me directly.

Returns

Yarn purchased at Why Knot Knit that has not been used, has not been balled, and is in the original condition may only be returned within 90 days of purchase. Payment will be refunded by the original means of payment.

Special order yarn must be paid for at the time of the order and may not be returned. 
Special order yarn that is not carried at the shop must be purchased in the quantity shipped by the Distibutor. For example, if it is shipped in bags of 5, it must be ordered in multiples of 5. 

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
