Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all domestic orders within the United States. If you would like an order shipped outside of the USA, please contact us directly for a custom quote.Returns and Exchanges
All purchases made at Why Knot Knit are final; we do not offer refunds on any yarn or merchandise to ensure the quality and integrity of our inventory. We kindly ask that you double-check your project requirements and yardage before completing your purchase, as items cannot be returned once they have left the shop. Please note that special orders for yarn not regularly stocked must be paid in full at the time of the order, are non-returnable, and must be purchased in the specific quantities required by our distributor (for example, in multiples of 5 if shipped in bags of 5); additionally, please be aware that 304 Junction also maintains a no-refund policy on all purchases.
